Please note that all tours are dependent on my other commitments, and are created on an individual basis. Charges for them will therefore vary, but I always aim to work within clients’ budgets.

I am London based, so tours here are easiest for me to accommodate. Those I have run in the past include

  • The Elderly Lady’s Elephant – the story of what an Ancient Egyptian obelisk is doing in London, why it took nearly eighty years to get here, and why its almost identical twin sister is in New York
  • Murder, Mystery, Monuments, and Mummies. The history of the British Museum’s Egyptian collections after Ancient Egypt. Including the alleged tomb of Alexander the Great, a sarcophagus meant to be magic, curses, X-rays, and mummies animal, vegetable, and human.
  • The Necropolis of the Northwest. An exploration of Kensal Green Cemetery’s spectacular Egyptian style monuments, including the tomb of a man known to contemporaries as The Shakespeare of the Sawdust, and the often unexpected connections to Egypt of people buried there.
